Community Health Needs Assessment Survey
Not-for-profit hospitals, such as RRMC, are required by federal law to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment every three years. The purpose of this community-wide review is to help to identify and assess the true health needs and status of our community.
If you are a Rutland County resident, please take a few minutes to complete our survey so that we may include your input in the review.
