In addition to numerous accreditations for the hospital’s various specialty areas, Rutland Regional Medical Center is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and is licensed by the State of Vermont.

The hospital is a member of the Vermont Association of Hospitals and Health Systems, the American Hospital Association and the Voluntary Hospitals of America-New England.
