Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Measurement

Rutland Regional Medical Center uses the esteemed Press Ganey Survey System to measure patient satisfaction. We strive to be within the top 10 percent of the nation’s hospitals: A number of our services, including the Women’s and Children’s Unit and Dietary Services Unit, already have reached this level of success. In 2004, the Diabetes & Endocrinology Center and Pulmonary Services received the prestigious Compass Award for Outstanding Performance Improvement in Patient Satisfaction.
