Nutrition Services Patients at Rutland Regional Medical Center receive delicious and healthful meals each day thanks to the efforts of Food and Nutrition Services.

Registered Dietitians screen each hospital patient for special nutritional needs and concerns, providing personalized treatment and recommending medical nutrition therapy when needed.
Our Outpatient Nutrition Clinic provides education and assistance to people with special diets. Physican referral is required.
On an average day, the hospital prepares more than 300 patient meals. In order to satisfy patients’ nutritional needs and personal preferences, we offer no fewer than four different entrees daily.
More than 700 people each day, including hospital employees and visitors, dine in the hospital’s newly remodeled Food Court. A variety of soups, homemade breads, hot entrees, sandwiches, salads and grilled items are available 24 hours a day.
