Dr. Robert Giering graduated from Albany Medical College in 1999. He completed residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM and R) at the University of Virginia (UVA) in Charlottesville. He also completed a fellowship in Pain Management in 2004 in the Department of Anesthesiology at UVA. Dr. Giering is board certified in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (2004) and Pain Management (2005). His clinical expertise extends to all areas of the spine and peripheral nervous system.
Dr. Todd Lefkoe is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and trained at the University of Washington in Seattle; he has been practicing in Vermont since 1995. His practice interests include management of back and neck pain, diagnostic and therapeutic spinal injections, nerve function studies “EMG/NCS”, and management of work injuries.
Dr. Michael J. Kenosh is the Medical Director of Rehabilitation Services at Rutland Regional Medical Center. He is board certified/recertified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and trained at the University or Washington in Seattle. His practice interests include the management of low back pain, and he has been performing fluoroscopically guided lumbar spinal injections at RRMC since 1998. He provides medical oversight for the acute inpatient rehabilitation unit, and is experienced in electrodiagnostic testing. Dr. Kenosh has obtained certification in the evaluation of disability and impairment rating by the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians.
