These ongoing weekly classes start the first Monday and the first Thursday of each month
Participants attend either Mondays or Thursdays
Participants can join anytime, although we request pre-registration by calling 802.747.3768
Free patches, gum or lozenges will be available through this program

No tests - No homework
Small group sessions of 3-4 people are also available through our Friends and Family Quitting Together program.
