Mondays 4:30 - 5:30 pm

Thursdays 9 - 10 am

Note: Dates that no program will be offered due to holidays - July 5th, September 6, November 25, 2010 

These ongoing weekly classes start the first Monday and the first Thursday of each month
Participants attend either on Mondays or on Thursdays
Participants can join anytime, although we request pre-registration by calling 802.747.3768

Free patches, gum or lozenges will be available through this program
Join in or come and listen
No tests - No homework

Small group sessions of  4-5 people are also available through our Friends and Family Quitting Together program.
