Center is offering “Matter of Balance” for those with such problems. This program will help manage your concerns about falling and provide options to become more active.
There are three locations for you to choose from in the
Rutland area:
Mondays, August 10, 17, 24, 31, September 14, 21, 28 & October 5 • 1:30-3:30pm
Castleton
Community Center ,

Wednesdays, September 9, 16, 23, 30, October 7, 14, 21 & 28 • 9:30-11:30am
Godnick
Adult
Center ,
1 Deer Street, Rutland, Vermont

Young at
Heart
Senior
Center ,
