Rutland Regional works with Press Ganey who has been committed to providing insightful information for more than 20 years that allows its more than 7,000 health care client facilities to continuously improve their performance. Press Ganey has also subjected their surveys to experimental rigor to provide surveys with scientific integrity.

By making the commitment to create national databases of comparative satisfaction information, Press Ganey has enabled its clients to benchmark their results with peer organizations. These databases - the largest of their kind in the world - are powerful tools that no standalone survey can offer.

Patients are randomly selected by Press Ganey to receive a survey. If you do receive a survey, It is very important to us that you complete and return it. Press Ganey provides a post-paid envelope with the survey.
