At the Rutland Diabetes & Endocrinology Center, our goal is to provide patients and the community with excellent care for diabetes and other endocrine disorders in a warm, supportive and patient-centered setting.
Our specially trained staff of physicians, nurse practitioners, diabetes educators and nutritionists work with your primary care physician to manage your health. We encourage people with diabetes to participate in our self-management education and support program certified by the American Diabetes Association.
