Foley Cancer Center
Confidence. Comfort. Compassion. That’s what cancer patients who turn to Rutland Regional Medical Center’s Foley Cancer Center feel when they walk through our doors.
Each patient who turns to us for chemotherapy, radiation therapy or surgery receives comprehensive cancer treatment in a compassionate and caring environment, conveniently located within their community. Our patients do not need to travel outside the area for advanced cancer care.
In fact, Rutland Regional Medical Center was one of the first hospitals in the region to offer several leading-edge cancer-fighting technologies, including the sophisticated RapidArc™ radiation system. This sophisticated form of radiation oncology more quickly and effectively attacks cancer tumors without harming nearby healthy tissues.
Rutland Regional is member of the Association of Community Cancer Centers, which promotes full continuity of care within communities. Partnering with other cancer centers, when needed, to provide patients with the most effective treatment plans, we deliver care to successfully fight all types of cancer, including breast, lung, prostate, colon, gynecologic and lymphoma, among others.
This dedication to providing patients with nothing but the best care is apparent throughout the Foley Cancer Center. Our highly skilled and experienced staff work hard to make each person feel at ease, and our services focus not just on the patient, but the whole person, along with family members.
At the Foley Cancer Center, we don’t just treat cancer. We help prevent it. Rutland Regional’s complete continuum of care includes cancer screening and diagnostic services that help doctors identify signs of cancer in its earliest stage, when it's most easily treated.
We also provide a wide variety of additional services, including:
