Subaru Shares the Love with Rutland Regional Medical Center
Nothing is more powerful than love, especially when it’s given away. On Friday, May 7, Rutland Subaru will donate the proceeds from the 2020 Subaru Share the Love® event to Rutland Regional Medical Center in support of the Enhancing Our Culture of Care campaign to upgrade the Psychiatric Services Inpatient Unit at the hospital. Rutland Subaru was one of many Subaru dealers participating in the event nationwide.
“We are grateful to Rutland Subaru selecting Rutland Regional Medical Center’s Enhancing our Culture of Care campaign as the beneficiary of its local Share the Love event once again,” said Traci Moore, Senior Director of Development and Community Relations. “We truly appreciate the continued support from Stephan Maeder, Owner of Rutland Subaru and his team.”
The campaign will support the cost of upgrading the hospital’s Psychiatric Services Inpatient Unit. As part of the Share the Love event, Subaru donated $250 for every new Subaru sold between 11/15/20 and 1/2/21.
Since being selected in 2017, Rutland Regional has received more than $54,000 in support of hospital programs and services from the Subaru Share the Love event. During the past four years, donations received have supported new 3D breast imaging and nuclear medicine diagnostic equipment in addition to upgrades to the psychiatric services inpatient unit.
On Friday at 2pm, Mr. Maeder and representatives from Rutland Subaru as well as Subaru of New England, will formally present the hospital with the proceeds from the 2020 Subaru Share the Love event.
