Since we have a limit in class size, we often have a waiting list of individuals who want to take this class. Scholarships are available based on need. Please call Community Education at 802.772.2400 to discuss this.

Tai Chi is an ancient, Chinese, graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi is considered generally safe for all ages and levels of fitness.

This is a six-week, beginner level class and is recommended for people with arthritis, diabetes, stress and a variety of other health conditions, or for anyone looking for a gentle form of exercise.
