This 6-week program is part of Vermont's FREE Healthier Living Workshop programming.
This is an evidence-based program for people diagnosed with diabetes. Focuses on techniques to deal with the symptoms of diabetes as well as the emotional consequences, exercise, nutrition and working more effectively with health care providers. Diabetes Self-Management is given over two and a half hours, once a week for six weeks.

- Spouses and caregivers of those with Diabetes

- Handling sick days
Due to social distancing guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control, community classes and events that are offered through the office of Community Education and Self-Management at Rutland Regional Medical Center will be suspended until the end of April, 2020.
