About Me

Joseph "Joey" Gaspar, ATC, joined the Vermont Orthopaedic Clinic staff in June of 2024. He earned a Masters degree for Athletic Training from Vermont State University in Castleton, Vermont.

Originally from Hillsborough, New Jersey, Joey grew up heavily involved in numerous sports and activities. It was his love for the outdoors that brought him up to Castleton to continue his education, and his interest in sports that drove him to become an Athletic Trainer.

Joey spends his free time mountain biking, skiing, golfing and spending time on the lake. He says the satisfaction of getting injured athletes and people with active lifestyles back on track and doing what they love is the reason for becoming an athletic trainer.

Joey is serving as the head athletic trainer for Mill River Union High School.
