About Me

Rutland Regional welcomes sleep medicine specialist Carly Gray, APRN. Ms. Gray brings 10 years of experience working in sleep disorders and sleep neurology. She started her career in medicine working in a primary care role that quickly evolved into focusing on sleep disorders. The specialty is always evolving, and Ms. Gray enjoys learning and growing her practice as sleep medicine changes.

I always take the time to hear my patient's story to truly understand their sleep concerns. This is key in my patient's journey to better sleep health.
— Carly Gray, APRN

Ms. Gray grew up in the world of medicine, with both her parents being healthcare providers. She has always been drawn to helping others, so becoming a nurse practitioner was a natural path for her.

Ms. Gray is originally from a small town in Montana and has always lived and worked in small, rural communities. She and her family love Vermont and the welcoming community they have found here. She loves to garden and play pickle ball, but most of her time is dedicated to being with her kids, husband, their two Corgis and their cat.
