About Me

Tashaw is a born and raised Vermonter. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Health Science from Castleton University in 2014. From there she continued on to the Sage Graduate Schools where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017.

She enjoys working with patients with impaired balance, vestibular disorders, orthopedic injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. Tashaw also works within Rutland Regional’s Wheelchair & Seating Clinic, where she assists patients with obtaining medically necessary equipment. She has also taken continuing education courses in neck and back pain through the McKenzie Institute.
