Biography
Carlton Kellogg, PA-C has joined the Rutland Regional Behavioral Health team. While attending Elmira College, Elmira, NY, Carlton worked in a residential care facility which, along with a love of sciences, cemented his interest in a career in medicine. Prior to earning his physician assistant degree, Carlton worked as a Psychiatric Technician here at Rutland Regional, as well as an EMT for Fair Haven Rescue.
“It takes a lot of bravery to understand you need help and then take that first, often difficult step, to actually seek it. I find it incredibly rewarding to work with these patients and take the responsibility of their care very seriously.”
Born at Rutland Regional Medical Center, Carlton grew up in Proctor. He is very happy to be back in the Rutland area and is looking forward to spending time with family and friends, as well as reacquainting himself with the wonderful fishing, kayaking and other outdoor activities to be found here.
