Sandra P. Killian, PTA

About Me

Sandy graduated from Lehigh University in 1978 with an undergraduate degree in Marketing. After several career changes, she returned to school and graduated from Anne Arundel Community College in Maryland in 2013 with an associate’s degree as a physical therapy assistant (PTA). Sandy started her PTA career with Genesis Healthcare System in sub-acute rehab first in Maryland and then transferred to New Hampshire to be closer to family. In January 2016, Sandy joined Rutland Regional Medical Center's outpatient rehabilitation center.  

Sandy has attended several continuing education seminars, including joint mobilization, stroke rehabilitation and vestibular rehabilitation. She worked as a clinical instructor in outpatient rehabilitation for PTA students before moving to acute inpatient care.
