Biography
Dr. Lindsay Kleeman-Forsthuber is an orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery. Her primary objective is to help her patients maintain a healthy lifestyle, enjoy their recreational activities and live as actively as they desire. She treats knee and hip arthritis, avascular necrosis, joint infections and failed total hip/knee replacements. She offers anterior approach for hip replacement along with partial and total knee replacement options (when indicated) using the latest technology. She is actively engaged with research to improve patient-care through evidence-based medicine. Her research projects are broadly directed towards optimizing both non-operative and operative treatments for hip and knee arthritis.
Dr. Kleeman-Forsthuber grew up in New Hampshire and graduated from University of Vermont Medical School in 2013. She completed her orthopaedic residency at Duke University in Durham, NC, and attended fellowship at Colorado Joint Replacement in Denver, CO. She practiced in Denver for several years with Colorado Joint Replacement before returning to Vermont in 2021.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors skiing, cycling, and hiking.
