About Me

Sarah Livak, DPT, was born and raised in Rutland, VT. She attended the University of Vermont and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science. Sarah then went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, also from UVM, in 2012.

Sarah began her practice as a physical therapist at a Skilled Nursing Facility, where she worked for twelve years. Sarah joined Rutland Regional Medical Center's Rehabilitation Services department in 2024, and is enjoying growing her practice here.

Sarah enjoys living in Rutland, and spending time with her dogs as well as being active outdoors.
