Biography
Andy Newman, a member of the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team, received his BS in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas in Galveston, Texas. He is board-certified and a member of the American Academy of Physicians Assistants. He joins us with more than twenty-five years of experience as a physician assistant, including work at Jeanes Hospital and NovaCare Occupational, both in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Most recently, Andy practiced at the Center for Interventional Spine & Pain and Main Line Orthopedics in Bryn Mawr, PA.
Andy, an avid winter sports enthusiast, has been coming to Vermont to ski since childhood and is looking forward to enjoying all Vermont’s four seasons have to offer. He enjoys kayaking, hiking and is a car enthusiast with a particular interest in European models. Andy lives in Pittsford with his wife and two Chihuahuas, Eddie and Mowgli.
