With training and certification in adult and gerontological primary care, Samantha Pasternak, APRN, brings more than a decade of experience caring for patients in highly collaborative and patient-centered care environments. She last practiced in the Boston area where she practiced in community-based clinics caring for older adults with complex medical conditions. She has special interest in managing chronic conditions, using both an educational and holistic approach. She lives in the Rutland area and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, and skiing.
