About Me

Connecticut native Donald Perreault, DNP, earned both his Nurse Practitioner degree and his Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of South Alabama. Prior to earning his Nurse Practitioner degree, Mr. Perreault had spent many years working in both EMS and nursing. He has a particular interest in expanding access to critical care in rural settings and is pleased to be working in the ICU at Rutland Regional.

High acuity environments are extremely challenging and require careful analysis and skill. They are also very stressful, particularly for patient families, so I focus on being honest and compassionate with my patients and their loved ones.
— Donald Perreault, DNP

Mr. Perreault lives on a small farm in the Upper Valley with his family. He loves the outdoors and spends his free time on the farm working as a blacksmith.
