Biography
Dr. Kelley Phillips joined Rutland Regional’s Psychiatric Services Inpatient Unit, bringing more than 30 years of experience as psychiatrist and as a clinical leader in hospitals throughout the US. A native of Canada, she holds a medical degree from the Ottawa University as well as Master’s in Public Health from John’s Hopkins. Dr. Phillips also has worked in New Zealand and was drawn to Vermont for the “warm sense of community that allows people to do their best.”
“My goal is to provide the best psychiatric care for all my patients, so it’s important for me to understand the communities where they live, what gaps those communities have, and how we can help address their needs.”
She and her husband spend their free time hiking, fishing, and exploring bike routes around the greater Rutland region.
