She completed her undergraduate and pharmacy doctorate degrees at D’Youville College in Buffalo. After graduation, Laura completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency program in pharmacy practice at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo. In 2015, she began her career at Rutland Regional Medical Center, focusing on anticoagulation management as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist at the Rutland Heart Center’s Anticoagulation Medication Management Clinic.
In 2018, she relocated briefly back to Western New York and became a clinical pharmacist at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Strong Memorial Hospital. While enjoying married life, Laura and her new husband realized they missed the beauty of the Green Mountain State and in 2020, Laura came back to Rutland Regional as a clinical pharmacist with a focus in surgical care. In her free time, Laura enjoys traveling, hiking with her husband and their dog, camping, kayaking, snowboarding, reading, and trying new recipes.
