This clinic is only open during ski season (Thanksgiving-April). 

Payment Policy

Killington Medical Clinic operates as an accredited Urgent Care Center. Insurance coverage for urgent care services will apply to Killington Medical Clinic services as noted by the provider.

• For patients with Medicare, VT-Medicaid or commercial insurance, Rutland Regional Medical Center will submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf.
• For international residents, regardless of your insurance, you will need to pay in full at the time of service. A copy of your charges will be provided to you, so you can submit the claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.
• If you are uninsured or do not have proof of insurance, you will be registered as “Self-Pay”, and will be required to pay in full at the time of your visit.

Co-pays are required at the time of your visit. If treatment for your injury/condition requires durable medical equipment, payment is required for those services at the time of your visit.
