2026 New Years Baby

On January 2, RRMC's WACU and Birthing Center was overjoyed to welcome Alexander King, their first baby of 2026! Mom Cassie and baby Alexander are happy and healthy. Dad Jeff and big sisters Nellie-Lyn and Hattie-Mae are so pleased with the new addition to their family. Congratulations to the entire family and welcome to our newest Vermonter.

Pink the Rink

2026 marks the 17th annual Pink the Rink hockey game. VTSU Castleton Women's Hockey takes on University of Southern Maine on January 24 at 3pm at the Spartan Arena.

Pink the Rink features Basket Raffles, 50-50 Raffles and the popular Chuck-A-Puck. Proceeds from this event benefit the Foley Cancer Center at Rutland Regional. Hope to see you there!

Breaking the Ice on Mental Health

On February 6, 2026 at 7pm, VTSU Castleton Men's Ice Hockey will play Babson College in the annual Breaking the Ice on Mental Health game. Proceeds from this event benefit Rutland Regional Behavioral Health. We hope you'll join us at Spartan Arena to cheer on the Spartans!
