Northshire Women’s Cancer Support Group
Designed for women, this group offers a professionally facilitated discussion about cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month from 5:30pm to 7:30pm in the Activities Room of Equinox Terrance, 324 Equinox Terrace in Manchester Center. Call 802.384.5505 for details.
Prostate Cancer Support Group
This support group is for men with prostate cancer to share concerns, exchange information, and offer and receive support. Although the group is geared towards men, spouses and significant others are welcome. Meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of each month from 5:30pm to 7pm at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Woman to Woman Support Group
This support group is for cancer patients and survivors to discuss treatment, recovery and survivorship. New members are always welcome. Vermont Young Cancer Survivors Support Group
Designed for young adult cancer survivors, this group’s discussion revolves around issues unique to young adult cancer survivors. Issues covered include dating, fertility, appearance, parenting, fighting cancer early in a career, and more. New members are always welcome.
