Setting up Notification Settings in PowerShare

To ensure you receive notifications when images are sent to your account, it is important to set up email notifications. Email notifications will be sent to the email address used when setting up your account. After registering and logging into your PowerShare account, you will arrive at the PowerShare homepage. Your login name will appear on the upper right side of the home page.

• Hover over your name.
• Select Account Settings.

• From Account Settings, select Notification Preferences.

• Select the following email notifications from “Change Notification Settings.”
  • Messages are sent to me
  • Contact requests are sent to me
  • Image sets are shared with me
  • Images are uploaded by any of my contacts
• Select “Save” to begin receiving email notifications.

Requesting to Connect with Rutland Regional

Rutland Regional will need to become one of your established connections to share your images with you. Please follow the instructions below to create this connection.

1. From the PowerShare homepage, select "Contacts."
2. Select “Add New Contacts.”
3. Select “Hospitals/Imaging Facilities” from the drop-down list.
4. Type in “Rutland Regional Medical Center” in the name field.
5. Select “Vermont” from the State drop-down list.
6. Select “Search.”
7. Select “Invite” for the first Rutland Regional Medical Center you see listed, it will say “Not in your Contacts.”
8. Complete all required check all boxes.
9. Select “Invite.”

Rutland Regional Medical Center will be listed in your contacts as “Pending Acceptance.” Once the invitation to connect has been accepted by Rutland Regional Medical Center, the pending acceptance status will be removed.
